To the Practice Manager, I am writing to formally request a full refund of $95 paid for an eye examination on 04/29/26. During the appointment, I presented with symptoms of ocular inflammation. While I understand the scope of optometry, the service provided did not result in a viable treatment plan or an urgent medical referral appropriate for the severity of my condition, which was subsequently identified as uveitis.
