Called. Made appointment. Rushed home from a soccer game to make the 4pm appointment. They called at 355pm and said they were running 40 min late. No big deal. Called at 520pm and said they were in their way. Told them not calling after being 40 min late and then another 40 minutes after that, I will find another service.
Jordan showed up at a moment’s notice and located the sprinkler system’s leak very quickly. His expertise is an indispensable asset. Plus, he provides world class customer service.
Had a leak in the drip system. Jordan came out same day and fixed it within minutes. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend!!
