Darrin is incredibly professional, responsive, and understood our urgency throughout the entire process. He made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and well-managed. He coordinated both transactions perfectly and even managed to align our closing dates so that our new home closed just one week after the sale of our previous home. Darrin was fantastic. I had a very difficult home to sell and we had 2 offers back out at closing. Darrin was VERY patient and kept positive throughout the entire sales process. His vast experience in the industry AND the area was VERY helpful. I did not live in the state where the home was sold so Darrin volunteered to be my "legs" when needed to oversee & contract various repairs. You will NOT go wrong hiring this guy!

I've been working with Darrin Jepsen for over 20 years. As usual, he listed my home in Chandler and sold it in less than 2 months and he worked with me and buyer's agent to get the escrow closes on time. He had good connections with all contractors if any repairs are needed. He goes extra miles to make sure everyone is happy.
