I booked a rental through EconomyBookings.com for AZ Car Rental Miami, expecting to pay $96 total with insurance and unlimited mileage. The address on the voucher (3939 NW 26th St) was incorrect — the real location is 4101 NW 28th St. When I arrived, the manager said the insurance I purchased through EconomyBookings wasn’t valid, and they refused to honor it. Enganação total! CUIDADO! Fizemos uma reserva para retirar o carro no aeroporto de Fort Lauderdale (Miami) e, para nossa surpresa, a empresa não possui atendimento nesse local! Um absurdo e total falta de respeito. Primeiro, tentamos contato e só conseguimos falar com um chatbot (Zara), que trava justamente quando selecionamos a opção “Fort Lauderdale”. ILS CONTINUENT DE DÉBITER DES FAUX FRAIS LONGTEMPS APRÈS LE RENDU DU VÉHICULE ‼️‼️ET DE LA CAUTION‼️‼️. Ils font passer ça pour des frais de péage même si vous avez prit le sunpass qui inclu ces frais là (du moins c’est vendu de cette façon) et autres frais d’utilisations des routes qui n’existent nul part ailleurs.
