If I could give zero stars, I would. Some history............AZ Body Mechanics was a business that was run by a husband and wife. The husband's name is Dr Ehren Doty. The wife (ex) is Dr Stacey DeWolf. I dealt exclusively with Dr Doty and never saw Dr DeWolf in the practice. I had an agreement with Dr Doty regarding payments for services. I would pay a set fee each time I visited, usually it was $30. Once I met my insurance deductible, I would give Dr Doty all my benefit payments.
