Initial visit was excellent. Very nice. Painted my suv at a great price! There were several blemishes and places that were rough. Paid extra to take dents out, but the main one wasn’t removed. And punched holes in my roof rack caps taking roof rack off. Was told they would order new ones. Told me to bring suv back on 3 weeks and they would wet sand blemishes out and install roof caps. I had an extremely disappointing experience with some people at the Dealership. I trusted this dealership to act with integrity, especially given my military status and financial situation, but they failed to show understanding or empathy. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who expects fair treatment or professional service. Honestly im not happy about everything, i have been through all the process to get a car. The service is not fair and they’re service sales or manager was not honest with me.

They are scammers selling bad cars with lots of mechanical issues. And they are claiming the cars have no problems. They won’t fix the car or refund your money.
