Staff is friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable.
I had an outbreak of black algea and Duke, with AZ Aquaman, identified the issue and recommended a drain and clean. They gave me a quote and we scheduled for 3 months later. The quote didn't change and Dylan arrived as scheduled, did the work and my pool is now ready for spring opening. Dylan was very professional and described what he was doing and how it was being done. The whole crew, including Pam at the office, are a joy to work with. I'm very happy with their service!
AZ Aquaman has been top-notch from start to finish. After purchasing a new home with a pool, we needed resurfacing and a few repairs, and their team exceeded our expectations. Pam was excellent with communication, and the crew was efficient, professional, and did an outstanding job. Our pool is sparkling and truly summer-ready. I can see why this company is highly rated! I called and was scheduled within 2 days to assess my pool issue. I previously called at least 4 other companies and just got voicemails. Dylan came out and resolved my issue the same day and explained the whole process. He even stayed to ensure all the problems I had (electric breaker) was resolved.
