I had a wonderful experience with Melissa! From the moment I spoke to her, I felt welcomed, respected, and truly cared for. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, ask thoughtful questions, and explain everything clearly and compassionately. It was obvious she genuinely cared about my health and well-being. I struggled with a sudden onset of joint pain which took away my ability to walk and be independent in a matter of hours. While waiting for a local in-person appointment, I was able to be on a virtual call with Ally Medical immediately. Melissa was so attentive and knowledgable. She was able to give guidance and prescriptions for immediate relief. Following my visit to the emergency room, Ally Medical provided a second opinion on blood results and recommendations. Melissa is kind and actually listens to my questions and issues which is rare these days with doctors. She makes me feel valued and heard, so I know I’m getting the best care for ME and not someone else who has similar issues. I’d highly recommend Melissa to anyone who wants to be heard when they visit with their doctor.
Dr. Zuber does an amazing job listening and finding the proper care that I need. She is kind and highly knowledgeable. She helped me resolved my issue quickly. I would recommend her to anyone needing assistance. The online service is very handy.
