I witnessed a bad situation last week. A woman was there for a scheduled appt when I arrived and she had been waiting. She was later called by her nail tech only to pushed off to another tech for her pedicure beccause the shop had fallen behind on fills. The customer agreed that it was ok. The nail tech took the walk-in and did her nails.
