Tara's products are really good. However, my concern is with the customer service. I placed a $83.00 order to share with someone on October 3rd. I didn't get the products until the last week in October. Once I got the order, it wasn't complete. I did send an email. I never got a response. I them called and left a message. I did get a call back from the owner. She told me she was busy and would give me a call back in an hour. I did not get a call in an hour. I've left another message with no response. I absolutely love these products on my natural hair. I do my 81 year old Moms natural hair as well and she loves the products too. They are too good not to share. So I need to repurchase. And… I absolutely love the personal notes when I receive my batches. It lets me know that you know who your customers are. Awesome customer service! ❤️❤️❤️

I have been natural for 5 years and I always look for products which will not only grow my hair but that will grow healthy hair. I tried the Fenugreek Rice Water Spritz....and wow this thing is amazing. It smells wonderful, so light and refreshing and it really has decreased my breakage. I always like to keep a spare bottle as I run low. I also want to say the service is awesome....great customer service. Thanks.
