Incompetent live-in superintendent…. 120 96ST. Management has preferential opinion over their staff than the needs of their tenants. Didn’t find out there was a live-in super until moved in. First floor has a weird sewer odor. Also elder lady who lives on the first floor constantly harasses people on the side walk with people who walk their dogs. Can hear her from a mile away. Other neighbors are al right.
