Absolutely awful experience with her. She tried to push expensive,invasive treatments, non-peer reviewed, not covered by insurance, and with no clinical data showing efficacy for my condition. Criticized the treatments I was receiving from other doctors and specialists for conditions not related to her field of practice. Lacked knowledge and understanding of the condition she WAS seeing me for. And seemed to have little to no empathy for myself, and others (witnessed and overheard).
Dr Atli was attentive and a careful listener prior to performing an exam. I felt that she was most thorough and therefore would highly recommend her to others.
Run… the doctor has nothing to do with pain management find a real doctor if you have a major injury we that suffer with rare life injuries and chronic pain should not be subjective to any doctor who treats patients like she did to me in one brief visit. I didn’t read her writings and her background before I went. I will save you the anger and this doctor incorrectly documented my notes because she didn’t read my ANY records I brought are you kidding me? She should not be allowed to practice anywhere!
