Katie has helped me with chronic neck/shoulder pain I’ve had for 5+ years due to accident. HUGE blessing to wake up without pain. BTW - I live in Gaston County and Ayrsley Town Rehabilitation has opened another location on 3826 S. New Hope Road. Thanks Katie and Fio!

I love to run, I was running in early October and I got extreme pain in the top of my foot and fell. I hopped the rest of the way. I went to the Urgent care, they put me in a shoe, it didn’t get better, so I went to OrthoCarolina. They said I had a bone bridge, put me in a boot, I needed an expensive custom brace and that physical therapy wouldn’t help. I listened to my body and made a PT appointment at ATR. After 1 visit with Chris, I felt immensely better. After 1 week I was running again. The solution was quick, easy and ... read more

My son is a high school wrestler at Olympic, he hurt his shoulder and knee during a competition. After being out in a hinged knee brace at the Ortho Urgent care, the doctor indicated he will need physical therapy. ATR gave me all the information I needed in my first call which was the calculation of payment through my insurance and appointment availability. The therapist Chris quickly identified what was wrong and identified other, pain free areas that were not moving well were contributing to his pain. After the pain subsid... read more

A year ago, my dad had his knee replaced and came here for rehab. They worked wonders on him. A week ago, I hurt my back at work lifting my client. After just 1 session, I felt so much better and was back to work a couple days later. It took 3 sessions total for me to be feeling back to myself. Great experience, great service, and most of all great people!

I had more than a typical physical therapy experience at ATR. These amazing individuals became friends! My health and wellness was always their top priority but my visits were always so enjoyable and fun. Chris and staff are so knowledgeable and stay studying/learning the latest techniques to make sure your time there is beneficial and productive. I would encourage anyone seeking a great physical therapy group to enlist the team at ATR! You will not regret it and your body will thank you. I will never be able to thank them e... read more

When I walked into ATR in January, well I wasn’t exactly walking! I had injured my lower back pretty bad. The staff at ATR was incredibly understanding, kind, and patient with my pain. Not only did they get me back on my feet with many different exercises but also with dry needling. I was taught more about the CrossFit movements I do and how to move well while doing them. Forever grateful for their help and highly recommend!

5 stars Wow! Awesome personalized therapy after bilateral knee replacements. The staff was very polite and friendly. I especially enjoyed learning why certain exercises were beneficial to my recovery. I was able to meet all my goals thanks to a highly educated staff who differentiated for my physical needs rather than following a one size fits all treatment plan!

Having had 5 shoulder operations, I have been through hours of PT. I find the attention, knowledge and one on one care at Ayrsley to be excellent!
