I can't believe this guy can stay in business. He just did a inspection for a home I'm selling. He ended up breaking a spring guide on one of the windows. Now I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt that maybe it broke while he was opening it. However the window was working fine when I opened a few days earlier. What ticks me off is that he wrote a nasty comment on the condition of the window then he left it open with out notifying anyone about it.
