Had a ‘67 Chevelle shipped out to me from another state and honestly the whole thing went smoother than I expected. Car showed up looking exactly like the photos, fired up right off the trailer, no surprises. Been driving it around the last couple evenings and it just feels like a good old car.
Looked over a 1966 Ford Mustang fastback, clean car overall. Paint was fresh but not overdone, panels lined up pretty well. Interior looked redone recently, nothing loose or cheap feeling. Started easy, idle was steady, no weird noises. Took it out for a short drive, shifts were smooth, brakes felt right. Paid just under 60k. Not a show queen but solid, that was enough for me.
Got a 1970 Dodge Charger through Auto Clinic. Did not rush into it, just talked it through and decided to go for it. When it showed up, I spent some time checking it over, usual spots, nothing strange. Took it out later and it just feels right, heavy, simple, real. Not perfect, but that’s the point with cars like this.

Took home a 1968 Oldsmobile Delta 88 and spent more time just sitting in it than actually driving the first couple days. It’s one of those cars you look at twice before turning the key. Went through the basics, expected to find something weird, but it was all pretty straightforward. It’s got its age in it, sure, but nothing feels off. Feels more like I got lucky than anything else.
