The only reason I am giving one less star is because on the day we were checking out, there was a water cutoff that started from 8:30am and was supposed to be till 4:00pm. That means that you can't take showers or flush the toilet for that many hours! There were no alternatives being provided as a workaround or even a compensation offered for the inconvenience. We did checkout that as per our plan by 12 noon that day, but had we had to stay longer it'd have been a much bigger issue for us. I would like to add that the staff ... read more

You may want to stay at another hotel if running water is important to you. Some guests were informed that the water would not be on between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM. Others of us were not informed about this situation. It's past 7:00 PM and we are waiting for hot water. While the breakfast staff and the maintenance department are professional and kind, the two front desk women are indifferent at best and approaching rude.
