Had a wonderful stay at Ayres Chula Vista July 2026. GM Karen was awesome, there had been a booking mixup with Expedia and the hotel property. Ayers GM Karen made it right, so nice professional 👏 awesome. Thank you for making our trip a wonderful experience ✨️
Amazing experience
My brother had a confirmed reservation at the Ayres Hotel San Diego South - Chula Vista, but upon arrival, he was informed the hotel was overbooked and they could not provide me with a room reserved. This practice, known as being 'walked,' was incredibly frustrating and poorly handled. Despite having a confirmation number, he was forced to relocate to a different property. Very clean room staff was nice! I did not wake up on time for breakfast but my husband said breakfast was good we recommend this hotel.
