Beautiful room. Best hotel I've ever stayed in. Clean. Huge beautiful room. Great breakfast buffet.
Ayres is the best hotel I have stayed in such a long time, the rooms are beautiful. The beds are the most comfortable beds ever I haven’t slept that good in a long time. The only thing is the girls at the front desk are not very friendly their customer service could use a little work. Other than that the hotel is incredibly and highly recommended staying here.
The room was spotless and upon entry it smelled great. The complimentary breakfast was okay, could be better. They serve omelettes, unfortunately, I was never able to get one as I never saw a cook there. The items were out on the grill but no one to cook it. The room service and front desk were also nice, friendly and efficient. Will be staying here again in the future.
I had some concerns regarding bug bites, which we initially thought were from bed bugs. Thankfully, GM Beatriz brought in exterminators who confirmed it was just an outside bug that somehow managed to get in, not bed bugs. Beatriz took great care of the issue and offered a partial refund, plus a few thoughtful gestures to make sure I was satisfied. That kind of customer service really stood out — turning my experience from a 3.5 to a full 5 stars. Thanks again to Beatriz and the staff for being so professional and kind!
Close to freeway plant of restaurants in the area rooms are clean and staff was respectful I highly recommend this place
