I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless — even the bathrooms were pristine with no trace of mold anywhere. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety to start the day off right. Everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and comfortable. This is truly a top-notch hotel, and I would 100% stay here again without hesitation!

I had booked for 4 nights and I ended up leaving early because of the humiliation I went threw all because the police make me feel as if I wasn’t supposed to be there
Horrible customer service, very disappointed with the staff. Booked hotel, gave me a handicapped room, but did not complain. Checked in, took luggage to room and left to visit family here in California. Came back with my daughters to sleep. Woke up to go back to Arizona and went to shave and sink did not drain (ok). Turned on shower and no hot water yet sink had hot water. Could not shower and neither did my two daughters. Called from room to notify them of situation.
