I had booked for 4 nights and I ended up leaving early because of the humiliation I went threw all because the police make me feel as if I wasn’t supposed to be there
Horrible customer service, very disappointed with the staff. Booked hotel, gave me a handicapped room, but did not complain. Checked in, took luggage to room and left to visit family here in California. Came back with my daughters to sleep. Woke up to go back to Arizona and went to shave and sink did not drain (ok). Turned on shower and no hot water yet sink had hot water. Could not shower and neither did my two daughters. Called from room to notify them of situation. Highly underrated hotel with great facilities at a reasonable price.
we had a wonderful stayed. my whole family loved the experience. breakfast was really good.
I arrived earlier than the standard check-in time due to my flight schedule, and the hotel staff kindly allowed me to check in early. This small gesture made such a big difference, especially since I was in town to attend my aunt’s funeral. Their understanding and accommodation made a difficult trip much easier, and I truly appreciated their kindness and convenience.
