Excellent person that builds an amazing home.
Currently working on a house for someone I know. He hasn't gotten anything right and doesn't know how to project manager. Also had charged them for mistakes THEY made. They put something in wrong you're paying for it. Also doesn't know how to advise individuals. Never takes notes or has plans ready when discussing decisions. Failed inspections but still are going to charge for another one.
