After being in the new house for only a year and a half, the A/C began to not cool properly. This is the most honest company we have dealt with. My husband being a licensed home inspector, he has a lot more knowledge of HVAC units than the average home owner. The companies that have look at our system only tried to sell us a new unit. Ayers took the time to really look at the system and was able to get it running again to give us the time needed to plan to replace it.They really care about their customers and the pricing is very reasonable. Sean called me about a week ago and said are you still having problems with your ac I said yes. He took the time to come and diagnose the problem and ordered the part right there on spot for me. He is professional and very good at what he does. You can really tell he is there to help.thank you Sean for helping us and giving me faith that there are still kind and caring people out there.
