I called Ayres Conditioning at 8 am on Saturday, and Sean arrived before 9 to make repairs on our AC system. He was done by 10 am. And not only did he not try to tell us that we needed a whole new system, he said the one we had was worth running as long as we could. Along these lines, I asked him to set up an annual service contract for us. I can't give a higher review than to say we'd like to continue doing business with this company.

After being in the new house for only a year and a half, the A/C began to not cool properly. Initially, I was working with another company that couldn't provide any explanation for the problems that I was experiencing and was only interested in selling me a complete new system. This is the most honest company we have dealt with. My husband being a licensed home inspector, he has a lot more knowledge of HVAC units than the average home owner. The companies that have look at our system only tried to sell us a new unit. Ayers took the time to really look at the system and was able to get it running again to give us the time needed to plan to replace it.They really care about their customers and the pricing is very reasonable.
