I left my work early fir a dr apt. Waited from 12:23 to 1:54 to see this dr and left without being seen. Mind you, I was the ONLY patient in the office. I sat and listened to the dr arguing with someone on the phone for an hour, then he comes to me saying they were trying to verify my insurance after waiting over an hour at this point. How do you wait so long to finally try to verify insurance?
