Amazing people, amazing atmosphere, all around best place to go to work out. My son has worked out with them before. Jay Flowers is a Class Act, great family man with strong Christian values. ( Ms. Sarah was great with my son ) AYM CrossFit is where it’s at. I definitely recommend you check them out!!!!!!
AYM Cross-fit has really good people and a good atmosphere. Everyone is super nice and supportive, ready to help you with whatever you need. I would recommend anyone trying to become healthier or fit no matter what age or gender to try it out. This is by far one of my favorite places to workout.
I was in the area for work and needed a place to do some open gym workouts. The coaches and community at AYM were very welcoming and let me and buddy drop in with ease. Plenty of space and equipment for open gym or class workouts. Great spot for classes or anything CrossFit/strength training
I am BEYOND impressed with this gym. I'm in town staying with my sister for a little while and I needed a good gym outlet. Not only are they the most accommodating friendliest owners/staff ever but every workout is REALLY good. We not only get a workout where we are practically receiving personal training each time but we get educated. Was in town on military orders so I dropped in for a week. Both the Jays were super welcoming and Sarah the coach couldn’t of been better! Will definitely drop in again when in the area!
