I had a leak that was entering my condo through the bathroom fan. Apparently there was a stuck louver that allowed the wind to push water into the vent that connected the two. The gentlemen that showed up when I contacted maintenance were Ricardo and Sebastian, and both were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Bonus points to Ricardo for making the ladder climb up to the roof in the rain at night, and to Sebastian for returning the next day to repair the ducting. I sincerely appreciate both of their efforts.

We had a leaking skylight. Matt came and spent time assessing the cause of.the problem. They replaced the flashing and revealed the skylight. Everyone was friendly and professional. We will definitely call them when it's time to replace our roof.

We contracted them a year ago to replace our roof and a skylight, as well as install three new skylights: + price was good + overal result is good + they worked fast - - They didn't cover our brand new deck properly and tossed everything down like savages, so the entire new railing was cover with scratches (see attached pictures) + They reimbursed the replacement of the railing. - - We paid for a two anchor points, but a single was installed and with the configuration of our roof, it's not safe to use, we can still end up fa... read more
