In terms of medical treatment at the conclusion I want results. Dr. Glaser delivers. I had a family member who had long odyssey with inept doctors and finally I landed at Dr. Glaser office. As soon as he saw the ear item he took immediate action and did an onsite medical procedure. We also had one followup visit. We came out of the followup with a clean bill of health. Dr. Glaser helped my child through a three year journey, which started with chronic ear infections and related temporary hearing loss and eventually ended with healthy ears and perfect hearing. Along the way we had many many appointments, two rounds of tubes, and an adnoidectomy. What I loved: 1) In house audiology, no need to make separate appointments for this. 2) It was fairly easy to get an appointment with Dr. Glaser when I needed one, even last minute. 3) His bedside manner is decent. Terrible bedside manner. He poked a needle in my son’s ear with the idea of checking for wax. It hurt so bad my son cried for 30 mins . And had to take Motrin for the pain. He didn’t even ask me if I had been giving ear drops to soften the wax. My son left traumatized and me too. Terrible terrible. I should’ve believed the reviews. Pls avoid . Save yourself the trauma
