Not that great to stay in
Excellent 5.1/2. Tall ceilings. Sunlight. Very warming.
This apartment was the perfect apartment for my daughter going to school. We are from NB and I was a nervous mom letting my daughter leave province to go to further her education. The property management staff are amazing to work with and we are so happy we chose this building. Very close to everything! Grocery store 2 blocks away. 3 min walk to school. Since moving in on September 1st, I have had a range of issues from the bathroom being filthy to a horrible cockroach infestation. Despite speaking with management the day after moving in, they refuse to have exterminators come until September 20th. The roaches are becoming more noticeable everyday, and I'm sure are spreading throughout the building, based on my conversations with my neighbours. Whatever you do, do NOT rent here unless you like waking up to roaches crawling on you.
Great place for student residence! The rent was very reasonable and the staff were very caring. If anything goes wrong in the apartment, there are always technicians to tend to you.
