Staff is very friendly and appointments are easy to come by.
I would have given 5 stars if not for the NP Megan Szorc. DR. RISSER is absolutely amazing!! She has always taken her time and showed empathy for me, my mom, and my grandmother. I made the mistake of scheduling with Megan today and felt completely dismissed. The medication i am on needs to only be regulated by one Dr. I was unaware of this (I usually see Risser). We had been looking for a new Primary Care after 11 yrs of driving 2hr to Powhatan. We found the Nurse Practioner Jill Stormant and she is awesome very caring follows up on things, she even reached out to me after major back surgery checking on my BP and how I was doing and how my husband's glucose readings were doing. This means a lot we definitely have found a new Primary Care Practice.
Friendly staff clean facilities
Diarrhea for over three weeks. They cancelled a new patient appointment, and then they hung up on me as soon as I called them about it. I wouldn’t trust them with my care!
