Excellent doctor, but convoluted billing process
Hi Judith, I hope you are doing well. I read my review on google. I am sorry you had a bad experience on your visit. I have not closed my Sudbury office, we rent the space and we are putting it on hold, since we are full time in my Bedford Office. The Sudbury office only allows one podiatry exam chair, so we have to see patients out of order of the appointments to allow the use of the chair (the room you were in.) I have been seeing Dr. Gregorian on and off over the years in Sudbury. She closed the Sudbury office so patients now have to schlep to Bedford - 35-45 minutes. When I first met her she was very nice professional and competent. My last few visits have been unsatisfactory. I had to wait over a half hour to see her. Then she rushed through the appointment, closed the door where I had to wait some more so she could take another patient who arrived after I did.
