I really enjoy living at Ayla. The location is excellent — it’s close to many great restaurants and well-centered. The community is diverse, with friendly neighbors, and the area is clean and well-organized. There are also events that bring people together, making it a lively and welcoming place.
Ayla is the place to BE! I have been here for over 5 years, and don't plan on leaving anytime soon! The staff is amazing, from the leasing office to maintenance, everyone is incredibly kind and attentive. They treat every issue (which are few and far between) as their own and if it needs to be fixed, it is fixed almost immediately. The events the complex puts on aren't your typical fluff resident events, they are actually things that are interesting and fun to do! I can't recommend Ayla more!
My wife and I lived there for ~2 years. Awesome apartment, great location, and the team that runs it is super attentive and professional. We had to move out due to unforeseen personal circumstances and the front office was gracious in working out terms to let us end our lease early. I would highly recommend Ayla for anyone looking for elevated living in one of Atlanta’s most vibrant neighborhoods
