BEWARE of predatory parking enforcement in public lot! They intentionally make determining the public parking for Krog market by not providing location information to the Park Mobile app and obscuring the name of the deck to make it difficult for first time visitors. There were 3 of the 8 cars in the lot with boots on them and a dude sitting there with a CC machine ready to take your money. Any conversation just results in finger pointing and rotating blame. Nia was the absolute best!! She was so informative and personable. Made for a great touring experience and you can tell that the leasing agents truly build a community for their residents at Ayla.
Do not park in the Ayla garage. The parking app park mobile is having technical difficulties where you pay for your zone, but it can get credited to another zone elsewhere in the US and they aggressively boot cars. I had to pay $75 just to leave lunch after paying ParkMobile for parking. The tow operator is well aware of the technical problem as is the Ayla building, yet still allows people to be booted . Be warned and do not park in their garage!!!!
I paid for parking using the “zone number” listed on all the signs and was still booted. Showed them proof and the man was yelling at me, a woman, in the parking deck refusing to remove the boot until I paid. I did (and will be disputing it with my bank) come to find out another man parked near us the entire time who also worked with this guy was watching me. I felt extremely unsafe parking here and this was the middle of the day. Don’t fall for their scam, and women, be very aware.
I had a great experience living at Ayla. The location is phenomenal and the staff are amazing. A special shout-out to Tieara Carthan, the Assistant Community Manager, who made my move-out process so easy and stress-free. She was super helpful and kind—truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this community for both its amazing team and unbeatable location!
