I want to make future residents and guests aware of the parking enforcement practices at this property. I paid for parking and attempted to extend my time before it expired, but the payment system would not allow me to add additional time. Within minutes, my vehicle was booted and I was required to pay a large release fee. BEWARE of predatory parking enforcement in public lot! They intentionally make determining the public parking for Krog market by not providing location information to the Park Mobile app and obscuring the name of the deck to make it difficult for first time visitors. There were 3 of the 8 cars in the lot with boots on them and a dude sitting there with a CC machine ready to take your money. Any conversation just results in finger pointing and rotating blame. Nia was the absolute best!! She was so informative and personable. Made for a great touring experience and you can tell that the leasing agents truly build a community for their residents at Ayla.
