DR BRISKIE IMPLANTED A PACE MAKER IN MY MOTHER. NEVER BOTHERED TO MEET WITH ME IN PERSON, JUST OVER THE PHONE. DID NOT DO THE PROCEDURE AS HE HAD STATED IN THE PHONE CONVERSATION, DID THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE. HAD NO CONCERN FOR HER AFTER THE FACT ESPECIALLY SINCE SHE HAD COMPLICATIONS AFTER THE SURGERY.
Great Doctor and a great staff explained everything to me in plain English. I will recommend him to everyone I know.
After almost 30 years I had to leave. One secretary is rude, the other one calls me by the wrong name and never knows what she’s talking about. They don’t call with test results. They schedule for a 9 am when Kari doesn’t get there until 945. They ignore prescription refills and requests, after three days I was told she hadn’t even looked at it yet. Dr Briskie is a compassionate and very knowledgeable cardiologist. He makes you feel at ease and takes his time with you. I feel completely confident with him and actually enjoy my visits with him. He has all the diagnostic tools right at his practice and the staff is always pleasant.
She was the only one who figured out what was wrong with me.
What visit, was looking for a doctor who's qualifications matched my situation. Receptionist asked what what insurance I had I had, I told her at or her Aetna, she said no I mean who pays your insurance? I said it was through medical assistance workers with disabilities, she said that's as bad as self pay, the doctor doesn't accept that. You need to look somewhere else and hung up.
Rude and no bedside manners. Likes talking down, and treating people like they're stupid. Just incredibly unprofessional. She is the only OB at this facility like this. If you hate your job/patients so much, retire.
We went over things to my satisfaction, he presented options and recommendations. Was pleasant and courteous.
Caring and makes you feel comfortable. Makes sure to remember things about you to put a personal touch during the appointment!
