Staff is very pleasant and caring about your privacy. Doctor cares about your health. Asks alot of questions about your health. Listens to your questions and does not rush you out. This is a doctor that really cares about his patients.
Dr. Usman was my ob when I was a teenager. This was about 11 years ago now and the things she said, the INSULTS she gave me, and every nasty thing she’s ever said and done still stick with me. I would never EVER send my child to her or ever see her myself. I’d be better off giving birth on the side of the road or letting a human with zero experience give me an exam. AWFUL.
I saw Dr Usman for an issue I was having. I should have trusted my instincts and left there within the first minute she came in the room. Did not listen to anything I had to say. Jumped to her own conclusions, which I knew were incorrect. Went through the testing anyway. Next appointment, I was the one to tell her what I thought was wrong. I just had prostate cancer surgery with Dr Rittenberg and currently under his care. I would absolutely recommend him anyone. He is professional, courteous, does not treat you like a subject, and reviews all options to you as a patient. He has an honest and genuine care for his patients that i have never had before with a doctor. He will not rush you out of his office and will spend as much time as you need to review every aspect of your case. Switched to Dr rittenberg from another urologist who I didn't feel was treating me properly. Dr rittenberg is VERY professional, knowledgeable and up front. Very thorough in his exam. He has a reputation of being the best in the area, and I believe it.
Healthcare as it is supposed to be. No rushed, no rushing, condescending talk, just patience and honesty during the visits. Excellent person, great Doctor!
Thanks to Dr. Usman for recognizing my condition was cancerous, and she recommended I find a surgeon quickly. I want Dr. Usman to know she saved my life; however, I have been unable to find her new practice. I highly recommend her and would like to know where she has moved on to, if for nothing else but, to say THANK YOU!!
