Tried to make an appointment for my son and after waiting on the insurance company to get the referral process done the clinic said they never received it. I had to email them the referral from my insurance vendor they couldn't do their own job! Then, when I called to make the appointment they REQUIRED a NON-REFUNDABLE $100 deposit just to make an appointment! Why? DON'T GO HERE! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!
Wasn't able to make an appointment because they want a $100 deposit just to book the appointment! My co-pay is only $30. The care may be great and I would have loved to give her a try, but I can't even afford to make the appointment. Wanted to post this review so others researching have a heads up.

You can Trust Dr Rashid and her staff. Dr Rashid and her team have given me respect as a person…I am very grateful.. I am a new person ! I am laughing and smiling all the time now because of her. She has woken me up…I no longer have the clouded mind My husband and I highly recommend Dr Rashid. She is a Lady and has not belittled me in any way. Thank you Dr Rashid
Just had a follow up appointment after TMS treatment. TMS has made a huge difference in my life, assisting with my anxiety and depression symptoms, balancing emotions, and functionality. Dr. Rashid is a compassionate and knowledgeable provider, well researched on up to date medications and effects. I feel that I have lucked out by finding this practice.
