I had 3 bushes that needed removed, they provided an estimate (to just trim the trunk flush with the ground), did the work ($40) and complained about cutting into a rock and dulled a saw blade. I offered to pay extra for the blade (new blade $15) and was told, that's the cost of doing business he can just sharpen the blade. (which, cutting into a rock, really was user error!)
