they have fixed almost everything i own and their repairs last almost forever
As of right now I can't get ahold of anyone. I did not have the option to choose this company. My home warranty company did. They let me know on Thursday this was who they contacted to fix our pool pump. I've been trying to call them and I've had no luck getting anyone. I'm getting ready to call my warranty company to ask if I can get another company.
Did a great job, had to order part and come back after diagnosing problem, on time both times, respectful and nice. A little more expensive than I had hoped for, but haven't had any problems since.
Two weeks, two no call no shows and all they did was take our money. Never even saw the main guy, just his son with no equipment. Had to call someone else to get the job done. Need to either turn down jobs or get an assistant to handle customer service.
