My daughter Hannah and I took her kitten to Ayer’s for a follow-up after adopting from the animal shelter. They were able to make the visit fast and courteous. The staff are so caring and professional even under all the stress of COVID-19 restrictions. We have found a trusted partner in our kitty-care world !!
Dr. Ayers is the best ever!
A+ for such caring personnel! They always treat both of my fur babies like family! I highly recommend Dr. Lilly, she has always given excellent personal care! I want to shout out a kudos to Kaitlyn for easing my anxiety and going the extra mile for my understanding of the process that one of my fur babies now will need!
I cannot say enough about how great the staff is at Ayers! Dr. Baker is our vet of choice and she is so kind, patient, thorough and wonderful with our two fur babies! She has made an extremely scary time for us so much easier by calling and communicating with us promptly, answers all of our questions and never seems to be in a hurry (even though we know they are always busy). The ladies up front and the vet techs are amazing as well! Thank you ALL for caring for our fur babies the way you do! ❤️❤️❤️

I been taking my animals to this clinic for a couple years now and they are extreamly nice and very caring. I remember when I went to a different clinic in Kentucky for my lizard that they wasn't very nice about my pet being sick and treated me pretty poorly. But Ayers has always treated me kind and with respect and has been upfront to me about any problems I faced with my dog Inca. They was even nice about me having to put my cat down. He got very sick and I couldn't afford the treatment for him and I didn't want him to suf... read more
