I left my first review (screenshot provided) 3 years ago back when this company was still Ayer Oil. I’m so disappointed with the changes I’ve noticed since Haffner’s took over. I used to call up, someone would kindly answer the phone.. and they would help me with the reason for my call. They were personable, helpful, efficient. Ayer Oil (now part of Haffner Oil) offers a mixed experience. Their technical service is good - the furnace technician was thorough, and oil delivery staff were professional. However, their customer service needs major improvement. As a new customer, I found phone interactions unfriendly and dismissive, with poor communication about their process.
