Administrative staff is not good here. When they say they will call me back, they rarely do. I call them back. I suggest that for any new patients here. Be proactive in calling them. Do not wait for them to call you. While I visit the office, they gossip loudly. It is hard to just wait peacefully. I think they are going through some sort of management shift so hopefully things will change for the better. I know that news because they gossiped about it the last time I visited.
Very bad service. They don't pick up the calls and fumbled my orders for CT scans and did not get the required pre-auths on time. Seems the doctors and assistants are over-loaded all the time.
