Bill and his crew were hired to add a new roof and this part of the job went fine. However, promises were made as to the gutter repair and build job that went undone. The gutters now leak significantly onto the eaves, one was simply left hanging, calking was promised and not done, and though he promised he would return several times, he never did so. We've had Ayer Brothers do roofing repairs, re-roofing, and ice removal for several years. Their work has been excellent - thorough, quick, to the point, and very reasonably priced. We couldn't recommend them more highly.
