The most horrific experience that I had!! The team is incompetent, the doctor (Dr. petros Ayele) doesn’t listen to patient’s concern rather being judgmental, the phone they provide is not working, when the phone get picked up after multiple times try the receptionist (Kal) doesn’t have a customer service provider attitude. The person who works in processing health insurance (Elsa) doesn’t know how to process insurance prior authorization. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Please Run!!!!! PLEASE AVOID AT ALL MEANS. Doctor himself is nice but the staff is not knolwgeble at all. I went for my immigration related medical checkup they screwed up my blood work for which i had paid $500, so i had to do it again which set me back another $300. Even after all that i got notification from USCIS that they used the wrong form. When i called them they said THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING AND I'VE TO DO EVEYTHING ALL OVER AGAIN AND PAY AGAIN. My dad goes to Dr. Donna she is Amazing 👏 I am particularly fond of the Medical receptionist Mrs. Omara she is also Medical assistant and the phlebotmist. Always a pleasure to see all the smiling girls at this Office.
