I really enjoy the yogurt here and the plethora of toppings, always tasty! One of my preferred places to get dessert or a refreshing yogurt on a hot summer day. I would recommend it to anyone! My only gripes here: When paying via card you get the typical social-pressure tip situation that feels predatory. Some of the employees I've encountered (pittsfield location) where irritated or annoyed, unpleasant to order from. This wasn't a one time situation or just a bad day. Ayelada my goat
I wish their flavors haven’t changed. I was a Miss Hall’s school’a student ten years ago and there were weekly drives to this froyo shop. I had been eating it from 2014-2018, and now still miss the flavors. Their froyo flavors are complexed & not overly sweet but lingering & silky. Maybe someday I will try to recreate the flavor. After MHS I’ve tried froyo in London, in Boston and in Los Angeles & everywhere in US but nothing can match theirs!
Truly, the best frozen yogurt in the world.
