Always feel like I’m visiting a friend, not a Doctor when I see Dr Thomas. He listens to your concerns, explains options for care , and has a great friendly manner. The only reason wait times are long is because he listens, explains, and doesn’t rush you. He treats you as a person, not a faceless consumer
