I was in severe pain and they were not able to see me as a walk in. The appointment was 1 month away. I went in to emergency room to have it taken care of. I scheduled a follow up and and they only gave me a 15 minutes grace period and I was coming from work. I got rescheduled spoke to office manager and she refused to help me out. Poor customer service no sympathy no want to help. Changing doctors
My experience isn’t necessarily towards the Doctor, but mostly the staff in office, which poorly represented their services. They completely deterred me from further seeing Dr. Montalvo after receiving repeat calls asking me for payment for out of pocket lab charges- just a few days after my initial appointment.
