If I could give no stars in would. My daughter got a full set of lashes and a brow wax and tint. Lashes are painful and have not been applied correctly one extention had 3 natural lashes attached. Her brows where made way to thin after asking for her just to tidy them up she tried to cover it up with tint. Demanded a refund i was refused didn't even acknowledge the pain my daughters in. Stay clear ladies of this place.

I love getting my brows done by Sarah. You only need to check out Ayana’s instagram to understand she knows what she is talking about and is passionate about her work. I have needed to move interstate for a little while but Sarah gave me the name of another brow business and I didn’t hesitate to use them as I trust Sarah completely with my brows. Highly recommend! PS I have the 90’s over plucked brows so what Sarah has been able to do with them is amazing!
After being a customer for more than 7 years, and following devastating family news I contacted the salon to request a refund . This was for 3 advance bookings (bookings that extended three months out) - totalling more than $230, with the money being put towards urgent medical appointments. I left multiple voicemail, text and messenger messages and did not receive a return contact. The advance bookings would have easily been rebooked by other clients. Disgraceful and cold/hearted, Show some compassion.
Pricing is absolutely ridiculous , it’s beyond ridiculous
