I was recently referred to this salon and came in for root touch-up, highlights, and a haircut. While I’m satisfied with the highlights, I’m very disappointed with the haircut and overall experience. As a salon owner myself, I value professionalism and respect toward clients. Unfortunately, during my visit, the stylist frequently stopped to take phone calls and attend to walk-in clients while working on my hair.
