I called this business last night to ask a simple question about replacing the front wheel bearings/ knuckles on a 2012 Ford escape fwd. The person didn't identify himself as "Ayala's" and didn't give a name. When I asked for a ballpark quote to do the job with the new parts I already have he said he needed my VIN number or license plate number??? Had my van towed to Ayala's when my alternator took a forever nap and they welcomed the tow truck with open arms. The alternator was replaced later that day, 2+ years later it's still charging strong. Excellent quality workmanship at a fair price, highly recommend.
Fair and honest and reliable, and Saturday and evening hours really helpful to me. I appreciate that he shows me the problem piece or area when it's feasible. My last two repairs would have cost more and been more of a hassle elsewhere, which is why I'm going back for a repair on our other car next week.
