The property is nice and I recommend the 3rd floor views. Having the restaurant downstairs is great too. My favorite thing is the property manager. She made living here worth it
651 Fair Oaks (Ayala Properties) is a modern apartment complex with varied 1&2 bedroom layouts. We had a 2 bedroom with full balcony with an amazing view south to the Siskyou mountains. Management is a class act and the maintenance man was prompt, reliable and personable. The neighborhood is a quiet (mostly retired) setting that is immaculately maintained. We rented with Ayala properties in the middle of Covid while travel nursing. Ms. Claudia was very helpful getting my setup and made the whole process easy. Ms. Claudia and her maintenance man John was the absolute best. They responded quickly everytime.
