I lived in 2 different Ayala apartments and was very happy with both! They were clean, maintained and the property management team was very responsive!
Lived in the Meadowwood condos rented by Claudia for a little over two years- property was well kept by incredibly kind landscapers and others. Claudia was an amazing landlord and was super quick to respond to my questions and maintenance needs. I honestly had the best experience with Ayala Properties
I rented from Ayala properties and can I just say they are amazing! Always easy to get in touch with and great communication. On top of that their properties are all very well maintained! I would recommend anyone to rent from them!
