Asianna was amazing, thorough and so sweet! I was so nervous going in because I haven't had many experiences with spa treatments and she instantly made me feel more reassured and comfortable. She walked me through what the entire appointment was going to look like prior to starting, and did a full consultation both before and after to go over everything that she recommended for me, my skin, and my routine. I’ve had 2 korean facials with Asianna and each time was a great experience. Extremely comfortable and so relaxing. I appreciate the time she took to learn about my skin issues and goals. I appreciate that her knowledge & expertise in the products she carries and services offered. I left feeling so refreshed & my skin looked & felt great!
I booked the Advanced Korean Facial Treatment for my boyfriend and I, and it was absolutely perfect! Booking was easy online and once we were there, Asianna was super welcoming and kind and had great skincare knowledge. I came in with some concerns about my acne prone skin and she tailored the facial to everything I had mentioned and even helped give me tips on my own routine. I went with my cousin to get a facial done. Asianna is knowledgable, professional, and her kindness lifted the energy of a therapist. (I swear she knows my whole life, in one session! ) The results were great and purchased her Cica Recovery Cream and still using it since December 2024. Little goes a long way! Love it, will recommend definitely.
