His office repeatedly don’t call back in a timely manner and make mistakes regarding basic insurance and medication. I love him as a provider but his office is a miserable place.
I am patient of dr Esmile, him he is very friendly and helpful. Only bad thing is his staff's, they talk to me very rudely. Ws recommended to have colonoscopy and needed a clearance from my Cardio. I called gastro after a week and the nurse told me my Cardio dr wants me to have the procedure done in the hospital, and I am on waiting list. I checked with my Cardio, and my Cardio did give me the clearance. Only not to take Asprin 5 days before and monitor my blood pressure. My primary care doctor, Dr. James Eĺles, referred me to Dr. Ismail for a colonoscapy. He was so amazing and through with his "in person" report of my procedure. My husband said he felt like we were given a CE class. I'm looking forward to a continued relationship with this doctor.
