Booked a 9 a.m. day-of wedding hair appointment after a detailed call confirming exact services. We arrived to discover the wrong appointment was made; only a receptionist (not a stylist) was there and could offer only a wash/blow-dry. They charged $100 and refused a refund, insisting we come back another day—which defeats the purpose for a same-day event. I loved my experience at Aya. Super easy to book, and flawless experience from arrival to wash, cut, dry, and back out the door. The space is very clean and has a great environment wit friendly hair dressers and overall lovely people. Book Pascale, she did a great job!
