Had an awful experience just now! I called to talk with the manager or owner about an experience I had at their store. The female, that answered , refused to give me her name and she personally decided that my call was not worthy and flat out refused to give me her manager’s name. Not sure who is in charge of the hiring process there, but that employee just cost you my future business.
