The operator Chris and the manufacturer Aya Kitchens in Mississauga failed miserably. The installation done by Chris is below grade for the price you pay as we all know. Fastening of kick plates and coordination with counter top installers to install a lasting product misses the mark. As the other reviewer said IKEA would be a better final product than Aya Kitchens. Avoid spending your $50K with Chris and Aya - buy elsewhere!
If I had more money, I would rip out all the Aya cabinets and go to IKEA. The process of picking cabinets from Aya was positive as we had our designer assist us. We were told the product was similar to IKEA cabinets and since IKEA products were unavailable until 2023, we went with Aya. Although their cabinets seem sturdier than IKEA’s, we have many issues with our installation and the cabinets. This place made you feel so comfortable, rushed, didn’t help with design They did not complete job correctly and have not corrected. The corners of the bottom of the cabinet are splitting from installation. Would not recommend for anyone!
